Wayans Bros New Project

Keenen, Shawn and Marlon Wayans are have been picked up by Nicktoons for a series of specials called "Thugaboo". The specials will take a humorous look at the trials and tribulations of nine kids growing up in the inner city and will be themed around important times in kids' lives, such as holidays and the first day of school. The kids learn valuable lessons about everything from the importance of friendship to never giving up on a dream. The series will consist of three specials -- one hour long and two half-hours -- that will premiere on Nickelodeon ans then on Nicktoons. The first installment will have a back-to-school theme and will air in August, while the second will be a Christmas-themed special. The details of the third special are still being worked out.
