Stevei Wonder Wins His Domain name

Stevie Wonder has won the rights to internet domain name stevie-wonder.com after fighting for the website through America's The National Arbitration Forum. He filed a complaint with the Minneapolis-based regulatory body because someone was using his name for a web page featuring information about musicians.

Forum bosses ruled the artist had common law rights to the Stevie Wonder trademark and found the web address to be confusingly similar. The arbitrator said the domain was used in bad faith by not seeking Wonder's permission or consent, and, as a result, had no legitimate right to the domain name and ordered it transferred to Stevei.
