Michael's Ex Wins Battle to Throw Out Custody Ruling

An appeals court on refused to reinstate an order granting Michael Jackson sole custody of his two children with ex-wife Debbie Rowe.

They feel that even though Debbie Rowe signed away her parental rights in 2001 {read: sold her kids for cash without a 2nd thought} that the judge in that case did not properly handle the proceedings.

The two were married from 1997 to 1999 but never lived together {so, id that still considered a marriage??}. Per the ruling the child custody agreement they made in 2004 has been overtuned on legal grounds.

Rowe's petition cited accusations of child molestation against Jackson and his association with the Nation of Islam, whose members briefly provided security for the singer during the trial.
