Talk about kicking a man while he's down. MYSTIKAL, who is currently serving 6 years in jail for video-taping a sexual attack on his former hair stylist (shame shame shame), has earned another jail sentence, after pleading guilty to owing $271,000 in tax money. He is also ordered to repay the due taxes and penalties to the IRS.
