Laurence Fishburne a sexist?

Laurence Fishburne is being sued by his former personal assistant for firing her because she was pregnant and single. According to her, he grilled her about how she became pregnant, told her didnt belive women shoul dhave children out of wedlock (as if women make babies on their own) and that she should have consulted with him first before getting pregnant (like sh eneeds his permission). I mean, I like him as an actor and all, but seriously, who does he think he is???
