DMX Released From Prison

DMX has been sprung from prison early for good behavior. He served a month of what was supposed to be a 70-day sentence at New York's Rikers Island (yikes).

DMX, 34 (real name is Earl Simmons! tee-hee)was sentenced to 70 days in jail on November 18 for a parole violation due to reckless endangerment and driving under the influence. He was later given another week for a separate incident in which his SUV struck a car that then smashed into a police car.
